The ULTIMATE "Bang for Buck" Intercooler Kit for the FG!

Plazmaman’s 700hp intercooler kit is designed to suit the Ford Falcon XR6 FG models. This kit comes complete with an entry level Bar and Plate Intercooler (400x380x63mm), cold side piping kit and hot side piping. This kit is designed for those who are looking for a good flowing intercooler to complement an upgrade bolt on turbocharger.

A complete hot & cold side piping kit is also included in this kit, which eliminates the factory plastic hose that goes from the intercooler to the throttle body elbow. Hard piping allows for greater air flow, and it’s aluminium construction won’t collapse or flex under boost like a factory rubber constructed hose.

We highly recommend also purchasing our throttle body replacement pipe, see the related items for more details. The replacement elbow can be fitted later on down the track if required.

The best thing about this kit? No MAJOR cutting is required for fitment. Intercooler bolts into the factory bolt hole mounts.

The Intercooler & piping is available in raw, stealth black, or black pipes/silver intercooler. Silicone hoses are available in blue or black.
